What is the best part about your compensation package?

It was standard for the industry.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Regular meetings, focus on communication, proper training (from management), be more reliable.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Follow through and value employees, DONOT just focus on numbers or your attrition rates will continue to be reflective of a McDonald's!!!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Be more authentic and responsive to feedback from the doctors and staff. Allow for relationships to be developed. NOT so numbers focused

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Workload is WAY too high for the way the current system and support staffing levels. Roadblocks everywhere, corporate implementations without site specific solutions, corners are cut, clients are rushed, management valued much more than doctors.
