Management could have a better attitude & learn to stop belittling the very employees who keep the business afloat
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Appreciating employees, better pay, better insurance, remove the hierarchy from the entire business, care about the animals more than the money!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay employees for the work they do! If a position requires alot more than what management could handle on their own then pay them what is rightfully theirs! Insurance is a JOKE
