That people care about the patients.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Again, stop leaving people adrift and not properly training.

That I got a good look at the company.

What makes you most happy at work?

Actually doing my job without my supervisor treating me like a burden.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Training new employees in a way that they retain knowledge and aren't just set adrift or worse seen as burden.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Left the restaurant business to make less money and do double the amount to work. Worked 3 years in a restaurant and ended up leaving my position at VCA after only 2 and a half weeks.
