What are some of the best things about your team?
The Doctors are AMAZING and great about teaching us. I worked on the Emergency/Specialty side of the Hospital & we all worked together like a team! Of course, every group of coworkers have issues but we get through it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The Team leads are great, but can work on leading by example instead of writing employees up for the same things they do on the floor. Other than that leads are pretty good, it’s their managers that are the proble
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The management team needs to be monitored and actually taken serious! When their management team is reported for harassment, make sure it is seen all the way through! Make sure everyone is receiving the same fair treatment, NO EXCEPTIONS! Mngmt has been heard laughing at employees they made cry.
