People are down to earth but still brilliant
everybody seems to actually work here for a good cause
Review from Operations Dept
smart people that work fast and get work done quickly
Everyone who joins cares about what we are doing, really feels motivated by the mission. So I'd say everyone is very empathetic and eager to help each other.
I'd say respect. People are empathetic and really care about each other - and this mirrors how we are with our product as well. We are making cities more inclusive and diverse, so you can imagine the kind of people who would be super motivated to join that mission... Via's got a lot of heart!
Down to anything. Always trying their best
We are on our own driving to pick up passengers so no one is breathing down your neck
Very driven and mission oriented culture
Review from Operations Dept
People are given a lot of space/independence to do their work, while still having the broader team to lean on for guidance.
Review from Operations Dept
Thoughtfulness and willingness to pitch in wherever they can. Low egos

Again, it goes back to valuing your employees and making sure they feel it.
Better feedback, local numbers to call
Everybody needs to go to their terminals and pick up our riders
If Via's leadership team starts to think about and treat their employees as humans, it would lead to a huge cultural shift. With the value-extraction mentality starting at the top, it's hard to envision the culture changing significantly at Via.
