Via Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are supportive and happy to hear feedback as well as to give it on their own

Review from Operations Dept

Approachable, mindful of workloads, supportive in professional as well as personal matters

Review from Operations Dept

The leadership is in general very humble.

No micromanaging. Everyone is given a lot of ownership and trust. Can't speak for other teams and might be missing more visibility, but I love my manager and have only interacted with people who are quite approachable and sensible.

Diverse team and very approachable

Hard working, hands on and humble people

We really don't have much contact with them

They pitch in to help

Very smart folks who communicate effectively on company strategy and goals

Review from Operations Dept

The leadership at Via is the right combination smarts, curiosity, strategy and empathy. Couldn't ask for a better leadership team in this very collaborative environment!

Review from Operations Dept

Incredible leadership with low egos and willingness to do anything

Review from Operations Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening to the employees and having their best interest in mind. A company will be far more successful and retain employees if the employees feel appreciated and thought of. When you treat people like they are disposable, they become resentful and find employment else where.

Everything from self awareness to basic effective communication.

I've been texting and calling about my paycheck. And I don't get no response back

All communication should be on the same level..

Review from Operations Dept

Get better at the overall operations. Empower your people make them fell part of the team. Don't think you know everything from a high level, communicate with those that make the operations go.

Communicating better getting support together don't have drivers waiting on hold for support up to an hour

The leadership team needs to start asking questions to people outside the inner circle. For smart people, they make a lot of "rookie mistakes" that most seasoned leaders are good at avoiding, including groupthink, creating an echo chamber, and missing opportunities to learn from others.

Being able to speak with them when needed
