We have a great group of teachers that work together. We have very active forums and facebook pages.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am a contract employee so there are no benefits. I make a great hourly rate so I can find benefits eslewhere
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was long and difficult. I went through three live interviews and was graded based on my teaching ability.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is quick to listen and make appropriate changes when needed. I feel like they listen to the teachers just as much as they listen to the students and families.
