What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel as though the leadership team empowers teachers.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy when I am interacting with my students and have working software with no glitches.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They used to do way more incentives for actual teaching, but now it is mostly focused on referrals. I would enjoy the ability to increase my pay or earn a bonus based on doing good work, not just recruiting others.
