more pay to stay ahead of inflation and a 4day week

I am very happy to be compensate as I am , for my work.. so I don't feel undervalued.. But I do find myself wishing for more money and wondering about other companies and if I might get something higher for similar work..

Benefits package is ok, not amazing. Pay is not up to what some competing companies offer. Culture is probably better at Virbela, so it is a trade-off.

the remote work environment is by far the best approach.

Remote work is great. Using our own platform is a huge positive. I'm more productive and more fulfilled. This makes me more dedicated to the company.
