Very undervalued and give servers more money.

Work on employees and their pay and moral

The district mgr is awesome

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Recognize the good employees. Be appreciative. Go to some kind of management school

What are some of the best things about your team?

I liked the way my previous manager handled things and kept the moral positive. But this one at my new store is awful.
