You work hard as a server and have to do so much, dishes, sweep mop clean bathrooms deep cleaning prep and etc. You get paid 2.92 an hour and no raises. The employees that get no hassle are the ones that don't do anything, because management is scared of losing what help we do have. So unfair.

Very undervalued and give servers more money.

Recognize the good employees. Be appreciative. Go to some kind of management school
What are some of the best things about your team?
I liked the way my previous manager handled things and kept the moral positive. But this one at my new store is awful.
