I have always enjoyed my job until recently I have watched the manager and my unit had employee theft and tell lies on other employees I did not think I would ever feel the way I do at this time they're forcing me to come to first shift and take a $2 pay cut and lose 10 hours
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my regular smile and hearing about just their day
What are some of the best things about your team?
My third shift crew can work together great but as far as for the whole unit certain pics don't have to do their job being the manager's daughter and her God babies mama
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Integrity honesty and partiality I feel they should listen to the other employees and what they are saying if my district manager would have done so this would have been called well before it ever got to where it's at
