Honestly, it has not been bad since I started back in 2018. I started right after I turned 16, so I was a sophomore in high school. The only issue I've had with the company is since covid happened, the quality of working has dropped tremendously because people aren't working up to their standards.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing all the smiling faces that come through the door.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They know what they need to do to improve the quality of work for everyone.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone who has worked here knows that whoever they work with they can trust each other.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quite simple to complete asking all the questions they needed to, and speaking now that I am looking into management, it seems that something that was initially looked at as a part time job may turn into a career.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Me being right out of high school I don't need to worry about insurance yet, but I have heard the insurance is very good compared to other companies my coworkers have worked at. The stock program is quite good as well speaking that it is all intracompany, all based on paychecks.
