What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would loved if I had some train me while I'm working at 3rd shift

Not talking about every person they hate in just got to judge its so uncomfortable working now
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Need a new cook who don't be outside in talking down to employees to customers it's horrible in embarrassing

Seeing my customers in greeting them with the most positive energy in make sure they have everything that order
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I shouldn't have to leave my job cause my supervisor want to be out side while cooking in go to his car in come back talking to us women like were worthless made me cry
