Sometimes a little to laid back, people know they can get away with almost anything and only hurts the few decent employees left.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think the main issue is special treatment by upper management since they have their partner & CHILDREN working in units.. It hinders the unit manager and even district to do there job correctly
