Best company I have ever worked for.. Hands down the absolute best. If you have car trouble, your manager will personally pick you. So will the district manager. You get the amount of hours you want and then some!

What did you like most about the interview process?
Waffle House takes their interviews serious. You do an interview then orientation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't think they do compensation packages, but they do allow you to buy into the stocks. Which is awesome!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone knows everybody at our Waffle House. Everyone! Everyone gets treated like family. The atmosphere is great at our store.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody works together as a team. If one person is slacking, someone always jumps in to help so no one ever falls behind.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Waffle House has been the best job I have ever had by far! My boss was (changed stores ) absolute amazing. He always listened and actually tried to help with anything he could. And my waffle House crew has become family! They are the best.
