What are some of the best things about your team?
I work third shift and the dynamic between the servers and grill ops varies depending on who is working. But overall everyone works well together.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The almost competition between the shifts needs to be addressed. Seniority needs to be taken into account when assigning hours, newer employees have been given hours that were taken away from proven older employees.
