What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need to start helping each other, instead of working against each other. We need to stand as one when dealing with management problems.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They need to pay servers at least $8 an hour plus tips, and starting rate for cooks and others at $15 an hour. They also need to stop acting like they are doing us a huge favor to "let" us work there.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to talk to employees like they are human beings not robots. They need to get our pay increased. They need to give us regular breaks during the work day. They also need to bring the business up to date with more modern ways of running the store.
