Was nice at first and I enjoyed my regulars. Then the manager began hiring just anybody and everything went downhill.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Accountability for upper management and taking responsibility over unruly and unproductive associates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I literally had money stolen from me via my manager altering my hours on my paystub. She then claimed it was my fault she had to alter it even though she was constantly late.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The manager is constantly late and on her phone. First shift is constantly late yet the manager fixes their paystubs so it looks like they were early. Manager picks favorites and won't hold them accountable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Firing associates who assault other associates, not stealing money from the waitress who only makes 3 dollars an hour and denying her overtime when the manager is always so late I have to stay over an hour after my shift.
