leadership? make it clear how are leaders other than managment. They need to always respect they're employees, never make them uncomfortable in any way period.

it breaks my heart to say things like this. Absolutely Nothing. I love my customers and a few coworkers but otherwise. it's been the worst degrading experience of my life
