They work you to death, don't give any breaks and pay very little. They don't understand why they are currently short staffed but the answer is painfully obvious, they don't pay a decent living wage or treat employees just like they do their toasters.

Pay people enough money and you will get quality employees. You get what you pay for.

Ask wht they want to work. The correct answer is I have bills to pay.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The unit manger is more fair than most but still follows the Waffle House way of employee mistreatment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The shift eventually ends. Employees try to help each other get through the day and sneak breaks for each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Low pay. They need to pay enough for people to live a decent life including home and car ownership, the ability to pay Bill's and buy food, the ability to save and the ability to take vacations and enjoy life.
