Good
To either purchase dental insurance plan or not.

What kinds of community outreach does Walmart participate in?
Our store donates a lot of school supplies each year and we allow local organizations to raise money out front. Everything else is more national than community.

Idk. I hear to many people complain about it so I just work part time and buy insurance on the health exchanges
Wal-Mart has a fantastic health plan for full time associates. The offering in the plan is awsome. It covers more than just simple medical.

What kind of relocation or moving stipends does Walmart offer?
It depends on the tier your being classified under. March 2022 they changed all the packages. So say your being promoted to a manager or area manager it’s strictly credits not lump sums. “Choice package” better have money saved because you will need it!!

One is for mothers and longer and one is for dads shorter

None as we are all at the same level with cashiers now unless you are an Academy Trainer or Lead. And those positions are very limited in a Neighborhood Market.
As with all positions with Wal-Mart,there is always opportunity to move forward.

There are no layoffs, just reduced hours and terminations.
There are no layoffs. The employees are treated badly, most just quit.

I hated it, but I am glad that I made it through the process

The do not hold anyone accountable. The same few people are leaned on to pick up the slack for those that refuse to do their job.

There is no commision and I really don't think there should be.
