It's an okay place to work. No one gets paid enough, and everyone is expected to do the work of several people.

It was very easy and did not take long. Just come prepared.

They are supportive on a day to day basis, and are easy to talk to.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive is the collaboration between my trusted team members and management. Everyone is respectful of each other.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not enough people to divide up the work. No one wants to apply for $10/hr. And the ones who already work here end up making that amount to do the work of several people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all know what's expected of us and what we need to do to keep things running so we can go home at the end of the day. When everyone is on the same page, we can get along like best friends.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being pushed to do all kinds of time consuming tasks while also keeping the department afloat is so stressful. Cause if you don't get the tasks done, corporate gets upset. and if you don't have a functional department, the employees and customers get upset.
