What did you like most about the interview process?

I met precisely one department manager that is always very nice and hard working

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There's a few employees that are nice, actual lunch breaks. But the absolute bare necessities for employees shouldn't be what makes a "good" company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Treating your employees like human beings, treating employees with respect, listening seriously to employees without belittling them, actually offer help and carry through on promises and solutions, better communication, less slacking off.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Again with the people in charge treating employees like garbage in very manipulative and unpleasant work, taking away credit from tasks completed, treating employees as if they do nothing even if they do extra, employees health not being taken seriously whether mental or physical.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Most of the coworkers are pretty decent and helpful. But it would be nice if underhanded and manipulative bullying, aimed at employees and often coming from managers, was taken seriously and reprimanded. But employee complaints only result in things being twisted and thrown back in their face.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Employees constantly treated as if they've done nothing useful even if they do countless extra tasks, endless tasks are piled on but hours keep being taken away, employees are berated no matter what. Some basic human decency would be nice. A living wage. Good hours. Managers that do work.
