weis is one of the most toxic environments i have ever worked in. management is all over the place/ never on the same page. there are so many double standards, it's ridiculous, wont not recommend working for them unless you wsnt to be treated like a human doormat.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they need to learn how to communicate better so everyone can be on the same page. they also need to stop holding dounle standards.
