I'm treated like a human doormat when I'm on the clock. They're lenient about calling out, but it's just because my specific position doesn't require customer interaction as much as cashiers or monitors.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Only a 10 minute break on a 6 hour shift. I can't keep working like this. The pay is awful, I break my back and pull muscles for $400 a month. Not to mention, my mental health has tanked and the way the customers treat us employees is disgusting.
