It was a good experience until i got moved to the beer cafe and had a coworker not pulling his weight. When i told management all they said was that he comes to work

They are flexible with scheduling most of the time

They need to stay off their phonr and participate in the care of the department
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would have felt netter if a manager receives a compliment about your department and passes it on to you. A manager should also try and promote better work environments.
