We don't get paid well compared to other stores and are very short staffed. Other than that the company is good to work

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Weis Markets does not value respect as much as they should. Employees disrespect authority there and do not receive consequences for negative actions. Also, the managers complain about their job in front of the employees.
