The needs and morale of employees need to be taken more seriously.

Respecting employees and their physical limitations. Minimal staff and increasing expectations/requirements impair productivity.

Some coworkers are great, but others are able to get away with very little work and will avoid teamwork as much as possible.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is more work than I can handle and no management efforts are being made to assist; this is the case in several departments.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They pay as little as possible and take a month to pay promised raises for promotions. The wages need to be more competitive to keep employees.
