its not too bad, some of the people are constant complainers but you will find that anywhere
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of the workers there are fine, but half cannot even speak to you as they don't speak any English
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We make a decent living but it could be better, being a huge company they could easily offer atleast $2-3/hour more, and could offer more help paying for insurance, our family is going under because of the cost of insurance
What do you like best about the leadership team?
that they take more time to see what their workers need and would appreciate. there have been times that I needed something changed in my schedule and they were not even remotely willing to help with that even though I absolutely needed it or I have to call off and that benefits neither of us!
