Pretty good. Been with company a year and have been promoted within the time frame, but don't appreciate having to clean up after someone else with small mistakes that could have been taken care of to begin with.

Work well together and work with associates to get the job done.

The long drive to work and the pay. Sometimes it's the coworkers attitudes that make me want to not go.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team normally pulls together for what needs to be done. Especially on the days when we don't have much staff we pull together and make it work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even though we get paid weekly the pay is still hard when most of the people travel to work to make the stores work well. At the store I'm at almost all department managers travel a great distance to work and then back home to make a day's work to provide for their families and the pay is not enough
