Overall pretty good. I like that at my store they are flexible with my schedule to work around my other job. Most things are good except when they micro manage employees and impose duties but those making the rules don't know what it is like to actually do the job being asked.

Most of are willing to compromise, share ideas and responsibilities.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping the customers with what they need and fixing concerns .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of the Co workers and management do their best to keep things light
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the ones who are realistic and down to earth. They are much easier to communicate with and solve problems. They will usually pull together to keep things going on tough days.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. Either being paid more or some kind of consistent good worker bonuses. They are good about the, 'you really stepped up today' extras, but if you give your all each day you kind of get skipped over.
