For the position I am working, I make at LEAST three dollars less an HOUR than any other store in the area.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is able to work together despite the manager being rude and ineffective most days, including him starting drama between all of the team members.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The manager of the store told me he would not engage in conversation with me and treated me as if I was too below him to allow me to express my concerns with my department.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The managers are all childish and need to be replaced. The store manager treats women in positions of authority poorly and is not fair to everyone in the store. I have left meetings with this manager on many occasions in tears due to the poor treatment and belittling speech used.
