People should work the shift they're hired for or recieve differentials for when put onna different one
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am skilled labor and carry a degree but get paid the same as people with no prior qualifications. They're pay scale doesn't even come close to matching other businesses for people with my skillset
