I like my job and the people I work for. I also like our customers.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They all need to do their job. The management needs to do their job. Just do your job.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I concentrate on customer service and what I think the customers expect from an employee. I do my job.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to do their job. Manage when it needs done. Quit passing the buck and ignoring real problems over and over and over and over again. We are adults working real jobs. They need to lead by example.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I paid for insurance every week, but it never covers anything. Im a good worker, but I do not like going in week after week and picking up the slack for the ones that do not work. Management needs to step it up. Across the board raises do not work. I work hard and get the same as the ones that dont
