Most employees are good people and willing to help one another. But working there any length or time grinds that spirit out of most of them of forces them to leave
Competitive wages and hours need to be instituted. Bonuses and raises should be in full dollar amounts not cents. Managers violating employee rights should be fired. There should be no employee cross-training and each dept. needs it's own team responsible for their dept. tasks. 3rd Shift stocking
Stop making the interview process a game where people have to do a store scavenger hunt. It's a ridiculous waste of time and makes the job seem like it's going to be a fun game when it isn't. They talk down to new hires instead of at them and explaining things to new hires properly.
