WeWork Claimed Company
When we started WeWork in 2010, we wanted to build more than beautiful, shared office spaces. We wanted to build a community. A place you join as an individual, 'me', but where you become part of a greater 'we'. A place where we’re redefining success measured by personal fulfillment, not just the bottom line. Reserve my comment and nothing to comment further as of now

The community aspect of our teams.

Review from Marketing Dept

Review from Product Dept

The people I work with and the environment.

Review from Marketing Dept

The environment. Opportunities to be creative, and to learn by doing.

Getting to learn from so many different people that are all there to improve themselves while also building the future and cool products that millions of people will use.

Working with great people that challenge me and that I can learn from.

Review from Product Dept

Solving important problems for people, reaching my creative potential, and striving to do the best work in the world.

Review from Design Dept

Knowing that I'm going to be around supportive people. As well as the free snacks, and cute dogs that I know will be at the office.

Review from Operations Dept

Work with an amazing and talented people

Knowing that the work makes a positive impact on our customers' lives

Review from Operations Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is no empathy for customers or the members.

terrible reputation which is exactly what this company is

leadership needs to work on a lot

Review from Operations Dept

WeWork's business model will never be profitable so there is no incentive for any employees to do more than the bare minimum.

Dealing with inexperienced middle managers are stressful.

What do you like best about your company?

There's mouthwash in the bathrooms.

The team and desire to do better but feel good about who we are and that not being perfect is better than pretending everything is easy.

A lot of exciting things to do

Freedom, work life balance, self determination

Review from Design Dept

Its unconventional and I have a lot of free reign and autonomy

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

moreale, management, the people they promote

Everything needs to be improved.

Some people take things that are challenging too seriously and lack experience working at other, less fun and corporative/supportive, companies (most people haven't had many jobs before this company) leading them to complain. Complaining people are almost always annoying (unless they are right).

Compensation and more seniors developers

More structure and decent working hours

Leadership experienced in domains in which they are attempting to lead
