Theres almost no point in providing feedback because WFM wont do anything about it. We have an annual employee engagement survey and years pass by and you dont feel, see or hear any change. Emails go out saying "we are changing, we care, we are doing XYZ" but XYZ is ineffective and does nothing

Leadership is way too powerful and completely unhinged. An EL of Operations can tell you to go f*** yourself but if you say it back, or if you even dare try to defend yourself, you get fired. 99% of the times, Operations starts these arguments with STLs, yet STLs get disciplined by HR

There should be diversity recruiters. Also, there isnt any followup theiughout the process and very little communication. The recruiters will reach out to you and sometimes before they can even set up an interview, they stop responding. That's unacceptable, YOU reached out to ME.

Leadership should be diverse. Leadership is at least 65% white. The company has no diversity, equity & inclusion department or programs. HR needs to be 1-step above Ops. Not because they deserve authority, but the HR people are too afraid to make change because of the power imbalance.
