the healthcare coverage for the entire family is phenomenal!

Our health insurance is the best I've ever had. It's clear that the company spares no expense at selecting a plan that covers as much as possible, above and beyond what's required by the already excellent health insurance mandates in Massachusetts. And on top of it all, they pay our whole premium.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is below market and realized profit sharing does not make up for that.
