What are some of the best things about your team?gear what they want to hear and does not support you when needed, but holds you accountable
What are some of the best things about your team?I for the most part I love the people i work with. However my manager is a product of the yesman Kool-Aid drinking cult. No dissenting voices are heard and nothing improves; for the customers or employees. There are great people who work here dispite the companies in ability to develop a brain!!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?I love the manager at my branch and I do like my market manager. They both are very personable and my manager goes out of her way to make sure the customer is taken care of.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Speaking to their lower level bankers as equals, not some subservient being.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?have someone experience within an employee interview process.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?production systems are fix-and-repair and requires customizations
