Mr. Mark S. Peek has been a Co-President of Workday, Inc. since June 4, 2015. Mr. Peek served as the Chief Financial Officer of Workday, Inc. from June 4, 2012 to June 4, 2015. Mr. Peek served as the Chief Financial Officer and Co-President of Business Operations at VMware, Inc. from April 2007 to May 11, 2012 and from January 2011 to May 11, 2012, respectively. Mr. Peek served as a Senior Vice President of VMware, Inc. from April 2007 to January 2011 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until August 2009. Mr. Peek served as Chief Accounting Officer of Amazon.com Inc. from July 2002 to March 19, 2007, Vice President since July 2002 and Senior Vice President until March 19, 2007. From November 2000 to July 2002, he served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis of Amazon and from April 2000 to November 2000 as Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining Amazon in April 2000, Mr. Peek was an Audit Partner of Deloitte & Touche for twenty years since 1990, with a focus on technology companies and multi-national project and engagement management. He has been an Independent Director of Trimble Inc. (formerly, Trimble Navigation Limited & Trimble Outdoors) since March 9, 2010. He served as a Director of Workday, Inc., from December 2011 to June 2012. He holds a BS in Accounting and International Finance from Minnesota State University, where he Graduated summa cum laude.
