Mr. W. Philip Wilmington, also known as Phil, has been the Co-President of Workday, Inc. since June 4, 2015. Mr. Wilmington served as an Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Workday, Inc. since February 2015 and served as its Executive Vice President of Field Operations since June 2015. Mr. Wilmington served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Tidemark Systems, Inc. from September 2012 to February 2015. Mr. Wilmington served as the Chief Executive Officer of OutlookSoft Corporation since March 14, 2005 until 2007 and served as its President. Prior to OutlookSoft, Mr. Wilmington served as Co-President of Peoplesoft Inc. from October 1, 2004 to December 29, 2004. Mr. Wilmington joined PeopleSoft Inc. in 1992. He served as Executive Vice President for Americas at PeopleSoft Inc. until October 1, 2004. Mr. Wilmington held various positions including President of the Services Division, Vice President of Emerging Markets, General Manager of the Financial Services business unit and General Manager of the Midwest Region. Prior to joining PeopleSoft, Mr. Wilmington served as Executive Vice President of Field Operations at Trinet, Inc. and as Vice President of Sales and Operations at Tesseract Corporation. Mr. Wilmington has spent more than 20 years in the technology industry, with the last 16 in executive field management. He has spent his career committed to leading customer-focused field operations and has held various executive management positions during his 11-year career at PeopleSoft. He has been Executive Chairman of Tidemark Systems, Inc. since January 18, 2012. He has been Outside Director of RiverGlass, Inc. since June 2008. He served as a Director of OutlookSoft Corporation. Mr. Wilmington received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Administration from Bradley University.
