Raises for current employees do not reflect the market value of the employee's skills. Same-skill and even lower-skill new hires make more than loyal employees on staff, because raises do not keep pace vs. new hire budget. Career compensation progress is only made by leaving the company. That's sad.

The Livonia office is a ghost town and morale continues to decline as the population dwindles. Executives used to reside here but are now almost entirely remote and disconnected from the culture here.
