Very nice place to work, with the ability to "be the CEO of your role". Company is supportive of new initiatives and ideas, and team members support each others growth.

I've been in my career for 15+ years, working for many different companies. WorkForce is the absolute best and finest company I have ever worked for. They truly take care of employees, work is solidly challenging but not impossible, and my colleagues are the best people around.

Open communication. We build each other up, are quick to pitch in to help, and ensure we are all supported. We make efforts to socialize and make friends.

I am compensated fairly and with amazing benefits, which keeps me loyal to WorkForce. The summer Friday 1/2 days have been the most directly beneficial to my mental health.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all join forces to ensure work is completed in a timely manner and with good quality. Our team isn't afraid to take ownership, step up, or manage our own team when needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting into a real flow with my work, having the support of my manager to do real quality work rather than being rushed through just to produce something. Working with the team on process improvement, and running experiments to make us more effective and efficient.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises for current employees do not reflect the market value of the employee's skills. Same-skill and even lower-skill new hires make more than loyal employees on staff, because raises do not keep pace vs. new hire budget. Career compensation progress is only made by leaving the company. That's sad.
