Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I am at a point where I don’t like going to work.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need training on leadership and professional etiquette

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Management is horrible and could be improved a lot.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interviewer was nice and made the experience quite pleasant.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Favoritism is in the work environment and it has a negative impact if you are not a favorite.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The retirement plan and the leave accrued is the best part of the package. Also health care is a plus.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Management and leadership. For example, I work under a supervisor who feels it is okay to make employees uncomfortable through dishonesty.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I use to love going to work until I was transferred to help the agency. My current work environment is filled with tension and I am so uneasy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am under a person who has some kind of problem with me. It’s been this way since I first transferred to the location. I don’t know what the problem is.
