What do you like best about the leadership team?
transparency, communication, great work culture

The target market for our product is more defined than ever. This has been a marketing initiative but has also required buyin from the CEO as well as product and sales. In the past we have had a "throw pasta at the wall and see what sticks" approach. The current approach is much better.

The executive team is more transparent than others I have worked with before. They also believe in empowering teams to do work as they best see fit within the goal framework established.

They act and function like real everyday people instead of royalty in an ivory tower. They treat non-leadership employees with respect and not like they are replaceable cogs in a wheel. They also understand the functions of those they lead and will roll up their sleeves to help if necessary.

The level of flexibility. We work hard but are treated like adults whose lives don't revolve around work.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
During the last exec visit is became very clear that the US does not care about EmpLive's product, employees or customers. I was shocked by some of the arrogance I witnessed. The visit left me feeling insecure about the future of the product and questioning whether I should stay with the company.

We spend a lot of time chasing sales, and that's often to the detriment of having a great vision for a product and executing on that vision.
