I am really happy overall. My manager is great and I have a lot of respect for the VPs of Product Development and Product Management. The work is challenging but the expectations of management are generally reasonable. My schedule is flexible and I appreciate the option to work from home as needed.

The company puts a lot of time into recruiting and emphasizes cultural fit and technical ability. This has resulted in a very talented and dedicated team.

My team is my favorite part of my job. WorkForce manages to hire and keep smart, hardworking people. I learn from my team members every day and enjoy interacting with them.

I don't feel like I need to play politics. I feel like most people that I interact with are all on the same team, even if we are in different departments.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The target market for our product is more defined than ever. This has been a marketing initiative but has also required buyin from the CEO as well as product and sales. In the past we have had a "throw pasta at the wall and see what sticks" approach. The current approach is much better.
