What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There seems to be a disconnect on where the product is at with executive leadership. There are many product gaps that for the current customer base that are holding up expansion and detracting from the value WorkForce provides customers.

Need to be honest about where we stand with the product we are trying to release. Its been 3 years and we are still not where we were with our last gen product in terms of functionality.

Limited management and leadership in Australia. Very poor communication which leads to negativity as employees make assumptions on what is going on within the business and we have some employees who are very vocal with their opinions.
