
I've had a great experience at WFS. I love that I'm not micro-managed but have easy access to my manager and leadership when needed. Everyone is focused on the goal of making our customers happy which leads to great collaboration between teams. I feel empowered to voice my opinions.
Overall, I love working at WFS but do wish there were clearer paths for advancement.
The company has good values and positive, well-meaning leadership but I feel we're a bit lost in our Product direction which makes the solution currently feel very disjointed. This lack of integration within our own modules and a non-committal roadmap makes me a bit uneasy about the future.

We are a collaborative team and everyone is willing to help each other when scheduling conflicts arise or when specific expertise is required.
Working with cross-functional teams. I love being on calls with Services, Sales, Product, Marketing, etc. and getting different opinions on topics and solutions.
The leadership team is transparent and always willing to hear feedback or help when needed. I feel 100% comfortable reaching out to my leadership team if needed.
I love the company's emphasis on community service. Our back-to-school drive is my favorite time of the year and I really enjoyed the opportunities to volunteer in the community.
My commission because it is directly related to the quality and quantity of the work I do. A close second would be President's Club. These two items keep me motivated and productive throughout the year.
The executive team is down to earth and approachable. I would have no problem reaching out directly to our CEO if needed. Our goals as a company are clear and communicated consistently by the leadership team.
My interaction with customers. I enjoy seeing and hearing how our solutions can help our customers in ways they may or may not have thought of previously. I like engaging with customers to identify solutions to their current struggles.
Our ability to collaborate both within my hierarchical team, but also within the organization as a whole. I also feel that those that I work closely with are invested not only in my success at work but also personal successes.
The most positive thing about the culture is the ways and frequency that we support our communities. My favorite times at work are when I can take a few minutes to help with a food drive, blood drive, back to school drive, etc.
