What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to listen to the little people who are in the trenches

There are teams where leadership doesn't see their value. Also leadership is insulated from lower level employees. Managers intimidate employees that they should not go to a level above them. Leadership is not accessible. Leadership throws teams under the bus at co meetings and states inaccuracies.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Half day Friday's in the summer, Flexibility in working hours, competitive salary

I believe compensation is very competitive including potential to earn more with commission package. Medical, Dental, Vision are very good as well as the retirement savings plan. Would be great to get that additional relief package for outstanding student loans assistance, but overall comp is great

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation that is fair throughout the team. More compensation is better, of course. Clear pay bands at each level - having associate consultants getting paid more than senior consultants should be fixed.

Salary rates seem low compared to industry averages. No clear guidelines as to salary range by position. No catch-up mechanism for those that came in with a low salary.

Knowing the work I do has an impact on how everyone else can do their jobs. Also, knowing that if I need to take some time out during the day, I can work later in the evenings. I have never worked for a company that is so flexible.
