I enjoy the how company embraces diversity and culture. I also admire how the company places emphasis on diversity and promotes an ethical corporate culture and innovation.

The team is very good at open communication and collaboration. All members are very eager to lend assistance as needed and we work very cohesively as a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel the company does an excellent job in promoting a healthy and diverse company culture. It also placed emphasis on promoting awareness and recognition for all employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe compensation is very competitive including potential to earn more with commission package. Medical, Dental, Vision are very good as well as the retirement savings plan. Would be great to get that additional relief package for outstanding student loans assistance, but overall comp is great
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really appreciate the vision they create for the organization that fosters innovation in all aspects of our business. In addition, I feel the ELT is very transparent and does everything they can to create a healthy work/life balance and puts the employee satisfaction as a priority.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very cohesive team and works well with daily collaboration. This includes assisting in mentoring and training peers within our department. I feel all of our team members are very skilled, experienced and always willing to share ideas that will help the broader team to be successful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
For the short time I've been with WFS (<1 year) I honestly feel we have a stellar management team. I have observed the leadership staff to be very forthcoming with communication, empathy, transparency and having our best interest to ensure a healthy work- life balance while encouraging career dev.
